Terms of Service
This is a placeholder for Overlook's Terms of Service. Before public GA we'll replace this text with a reviewed agreement drafted with counsel. Until then the structure below documents our intent.
1. The service
Overlook ("we", "us") provides software that uses large language models to extract underwriting data from documents you upload and write the results into an Excel template. You ("Customer") retain ownership of everything you upload and of every output we generate for you.
2. Accounts & use
You must be authorised to share the documents you upload. You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for actions taken with your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
- No content that violates NDAs without authorisation, infringes IP, or breaks applicable law.
- No reverse-engineering of the model layer or scraping the service.
- No abuse of rate limits or circumvention of billing.

5. Billing
Paid plans bill monthly in advance; per-deal plans bill in arrears on deal confirm. Refunds for unused credit are pro-rated on cancellation.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". Overlook's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We'll give material-changes notice by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
