Questions underwriters actually ask.

Is my deal data used to train the model?
No. Overlook runs on OpenAI's zero-retention API tier and stores documents only on the infrastructure you control. We never use your files to train anything.
What happens if the agent is wrong?
Every proposed value ships with evidence — the sheet, page, or quote it was sourced from. The review page surfaces discrepancies across documents before you export. You're always the last eye.
Can I bring my own Excel template?
Yes. Teams usually start with our multifamily or commercial WDIP template, then upload their own on Enterprise. The agent maps to whatever schema you define.
Does it handle scanned PDFs?
Yes. When the text layer is empty Overlook renders the page as an image and passes it through vision. Scanned appraisals work out of the box.
How big can a rent roll be?
No hard cap. The chunked extractor splits the sheet into 50-row chunks, runs 5 concurrently, and dedupes. 212-unit rent rolls land in under a minute.
